The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, copper-coated siliconcarbide and low-hardness nickel-based self-fluxing alloy powder are mixed and subjected to ball grinding according to a certain proportion; S2, a matrix steel plate is subjected to surface treatment and is cleaned and aired for standby application; and S3, the powder subjected to ball grinding in the step S1 is directly paved on the surface of the matrix steel plate in advance, lasers are adoptedfor carrying out cladding on composite powder in the air environment, and the laser cladding layer with undecomposed silicon carbide particles is obtained.
