A treatment agent for steelmaking and a steelmaking method

A treatment agent for steelmaking comprises a limestone mass and thermal reduction slag, wherein the thermal reduction slag is produced by one or more desulfurization treatments of sulfur-containing molten steel; and taking the total weight of the thermal reduction slag as 100 in terms of parts by weight, the lime mass content is in the range of 1 to 85 parts by weight. The present invention further provides a steelmaking method using the treatment agent for steelmaking. The steelmaking treatment agent of the present invention can be applied to a desulfurization or dephosphorization process, and since the steelmaking treatment agent contains thermal reduction slag, the cost and the energy consumption in the steelmaking process can be significantly reduced. 种炼钢用处理剂，包含石灰块及热还原渣，其中，该热还原渣是使含硫熔钢经次或次以上的脱硫处理所生成；及以该热还原渣的总重为100重量份计算，该石灰块含量范围为1～85重量份。本发明另提供种利用该炼钢用处理剂的炼钢方法。本发明炼钢用处理剂可应用于脱硫或脱磷工艺，且因该炼钢用处理剂含有热还原渣而能大幅降低成本及炼钢工艺中的能源耗费。
