The anti-scaling ammonification reactor comprises an ammonification reaction tube; the top of the ammonification reaction tube is connected with the middle part of a flash tank through a pipeline; the bottom of the flash tank is connected with the bottom of the ammonification reaction tube through a pipeline; and the lower part of theammonification reaction tube is provided with a circulating pump. The anti-scaling ammonification reactor is simple in structure and reasonable in design; reaction heat is gathered in the ammonification reaction tube, so that the temperature of materials in the ammonification reaction tube is higher than that of materials in a conventional ammonification reaction tube; a large amount of bubbles are generated because of reaction exotherm, volume is enlarged, tube wall is washed by a water gas mixture, and scaling is delayed; and in addition, precipitation of generated water insoluble substances in the ammonification r |
