Braille actuator and braille output device using same

A braille actuator and a braille output device using the same are disclosed. The braille actuator of the present invention comprises: an electromagnet installed on the bottom thereof, the polarity ofwhich is changed according to the flow of a current; a rotary member that has an upper inclined surface and has a permanent magnet installed on the lower surface thereof such that the rotary member isrotated by the attractive or repulsive force between the permanent magnet and the electromagnet; and a braille protrusion that has a lower inclined surface that makes contact with the inclined surface of the rotary member, and moves upward or downward along the inclined surface of the rotary member when the rotary member rotates.
