Thermal shell fabric and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a thermal shell fabric and a preparation method thereof. The thermal shell fabric comprises a woven layer and a surface layer, wherein the surface layer is arranged at the outer edge of the woven layer. At least one accommodating cavity is formed in the woven layer, and the accommodating cavity is filled with aerogel particles. The preparation method of the thermal shell fabric comprises the following steps: weaving the woven layer; compounding the surface layer; grouting the aerogel particles; collecting through holes in a closed manner and the like. A heat-isolatinginsulative layer provided with pure aerogel particles in the shell fabric is achieved by matching the woven layer and the surface layer while special grid structures of the aerogel particles are filled with a lot of relatively fixed air, so that the thermal shell fabric has an excellent thermal property.
