The power supply device includes a power source conversion circuit, a power factor correction circuit and an output voltage control circuit; the power source conversion circuit includes a primary side and a secondary side; the power source conversion circuit is used for receiving an input voltage and converting the input voltage into an output voltage; the power factor correction circuit is electrically connected with the primary side and is used for increasing the power factor of the power supply device; the output voltage control circuit is electrically connected with the secondary side and is used for controlling the voltage level of the output voltage; when the voltage level is lower than a preset level, the power factor correction circuit is turned off; and the output voltage control circuit detects the magnitude of output current and controls the power factor correction circuit to be turned off through control signals wh
