Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of software technology, and discloses an EMMC compatibility design method based on an android system. Self-adaption of software on a variety of different EMMCs is realized when devices use the different EMMCs. The solution of the invention includes: setting a default partition size of a DATA partition; acquiring an actual capacity of an EMMC, and calculating an initial position of the DATA partition according to an actual EMMC size and the default partition size of the DATA partition; and calculating an actual size of the DATA partition according to the actual capacity of the EMMC, the initial position of the DATA partition and a reserve space, and writing the actual size of the DATA partition into the system.
