The system comprises a sensor group, a voltage regulator and a master controller, and further comprises a yaw frequency converter, wherein the sensor group is arranged on the driving side and the non-driving side of a wind turbine generator unit and detects vibration acceleration information of a cabin in the two mutually perpendicular directions, the voltage regulator receives the data information transmitted by the sensor group, performs voltage regulation control on the data information and transmits the received data information to the master controller, the yaw frequency converter detects the information of the shutdown position of the wind turbine generator unit and transmits the detected information to the master controller.
