Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of hot processing of high alloying high temperature alloy, and particularly relates to a homogenization treatment method of U720Li high temperature alloy. The homogenization process comprises the following steps: firstly, heating U720Li alloy ingots in a furnace to 1080-1120 DEG C, and performing heat preservation for 20 hours or more to melt low-melting-point Ni5Zr phases; secondly, rising the temperature in the furnace to 1160-1180 DEG C, and performing heat preservation for 3 hours or more to melt trace of M3B2 boride remaining in the alloy; thirdly, further rising the temperature in the furnace to 1200-1220 DEG C, and performing heat preservation for 30 hours or more to melt (Gamma + Gamma') eutectic crystal residues and eliminate element segregation; and finally, cooling the ingots after treatment at a proper velocity to room temperature.
