Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of gene detection and particularly relates to a method of detecting breast cancer early diagnosis related genes based on nucleic mass spectrometry. A combinatory detection method for 15 breast-cancer-related mutation sites of 4 genes and 18 breast cancer susceptible SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) sites of 10 genes is provided herein; genotyping detection is performed on SNP sites of breast cancer susceptible genes and breast-cancer-related gene mutation sites via Sequenom Mass ARRAY SNP genotype analysis. The method of the invention has better accuracy for early screening of breast cancer, good technical reproducibility and high cost performance; compared with TaqMan-PCR and secondary-generation platform sequencing SNP detection, the method of the invention has the advantages of good design flexibility, high accuracy, high quantity of detectible site samples, low cost and the like, and is suitable for detecting hundreds and thousands of samples for tens of SNP sites. 本
