Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic fiber insulation material for industrial melting furnaces. The preparation method includes that alumina-silicate ceramic fiber and silicon-nitrogen carbon ceramic fiber are taken as base materials added with aluminum oxide and zirconium oxide for physical property improvement, and the insulation material is added with a binder, a surfactant and a filler simultaneously for formation. The insulation material is low in thermal conductivity, the thermal conductivity can reach the level of 0.015 when the material is applied to the industrial melting furnaces, good insulation effect is achieved, 80% of heat can be kept without loss, and the preparation method of the insulation material is simple with less process and low in cost. 本发明公开了用于工业熔炉的陶瓷纤维保温材料的制备方法,方法以硅酸铝陶瓷纤维以及硅氮碳陶瓷纤维为基体材料,往其中加入三氧化二铝以及氧化锆进行物性改进,同时加入粘结剂、表面活性剂以及填充剂,使保温材料成型,使得本保温材料导热系数低,应用在工业熔炉上,导热系数可以达到0.015的水平,保温效果好,还可以保持热量80%都不损失,且保温材料制备方法简单,工序少,节省成本。
