The high-molecular composite waterproof roll comprises a high-molecular sheet layer, a function layer and a surface protective membrane layer, wherein the function layer covers on the upper surface of the high-molecular sheet layer; the protective membrane layer covers on the upper surface of the function layer; and the high-molecular sheet layer comprises a low-polarity or non-polarity resin material. The preparation method comprises the step of carrying out corona treatment on the high-molecular sheet layer.
