Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of wireless communication, in particular to a pre-coding matrix construction method based on 3D MU-MIMO. The method includes: constructing a pre-coding matrix W which is the product of a first codebook matrix W1 representing broadband or long-term channel features, a second codebook matrix P for the power distribution of the first codebook matrix W1 and a second codebook matrix W2 representing narrowband or short-term channel features, wherein the formula of P is as shown in the specification. The method has the advantages that the pre-coding matrix supporting vertical-direction and horizontal-direction quantification is used, the vertical-direction freedom degree of an active antenna system can be fully utilized, and the problems of CSI feedback precision and system throughput in 4G LTE, LTE-A and 5G IMT-2020 mobile communication system eMBB are solved.
