The method includes: determining the signal features of a power switch circuit according to the type of power switch circuit; acquiring the frequency jittering amplitude and manner corresponding to the power switch circuit according to the signal features of the power switch circuit; setting the frequency jittering cycle of the switch of the power switch circuit according to the cycle of a selected reference signal and the frequency jittering manner; controlling the switch to be in the frequency jittering amplitude, and using the frequency jittering manner and the frequency jittering cycle to perform periodical frequency jittering.
