Image splicing method and device

The embodiment of the invention discloses an image splicing method and device. According to one specific implementation mode, the method comprises the steps of determining a splicing region corresponding to each photographic position on the basis of the position distribution of photographic positions of images to be spliced in a to-be-spliced image set on an image splicing face; according to the motion direction of an adopted image collecting device and the distance between the photographic positions, setting credibility for each photographic position; for the splicing region corresponding to each photographic position, selecting the images to be spliced corresponding and adjacent to the photographic position with the high credibility, and adjusting the selected images to be spliced to be matched with the splicing region corresponding to the photographic position; splicing the adjusted images to be spliced on the image splicing face, and generating a spliced image. The images can be rapidly and accurately spl
