Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a technology for reduction leaching of African heterogenite at normal temperature. The technology comprises the steps that the heterogenite is subjected to ball milling and then is mixed with water so as to obtain ore pulp with the required solid-to-liquid ratio, required sulfuric acid is added, a reducing agent is added according to the amount of 0.5 -1 time of the amount of cobalt metal, and reaction is carried out for the required time so as to complete the reduction leaching process, wherein the reducing agent is hydrazine hydrate and/or hydroxylamine. The technology for reduction leaching of the African heterogenite at the normal temperature has the advantage of low in energy consumption cost, high in leaching efficiency, simple in process and low in cost. 本发明公开了种常温还原浸出非洲水钴矿的工艺,包括以下步骤:水钴矿球磨后用水调制成所需的固液比矿浆,加入所需的硫酸,按钴金属量的0.5~1倍的量加入还原剂,反应至所需时间即可完成还原浸出过程;所述还原剂为水合肼和/或羟胺。本发明的常温还原浸出非洲水钴矿的工艺具有能耗成本低、浸出效率高、工艺简单和成本低廉的特点。
