Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a bandwidth and power joint control method based on a downlink non-orthogonal multiple access system. The method comprises the steps that (1) a base station sends data through a non-orthogonal multiple access technology and provides data traffic service for mobile users; (2), system characteristics are analyzed to carry out equivalent conversion on a problem; (3), it is proved that the converted problem is a feasibility detection problem, so efficient solution can be carried out; and (4), feasible and efficient algorithm solution is designed according to finally converted problem characteristics, and an algorithm output result is substituted back to a top layer problem and an optimum bandwidth and power distribution value is solved.
