Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention discloses a battery energy equalization device, equalization system and equalization method. The battery energy equalization device comprises a first full bridge module, a second full bridge module, a voltage transformation module, a resonant module and a control module, wherein the first full bridge module is connected with a battery to be equalized, the voltage transformation module and the control module; the second full bridge module is connected with the voltage transformation module, the resonant module, the control module and a bus; the voltage transformation module is further connected with the resonant module and the control module; and the control module is further connected with the bus and used for performing equalization on the energy of the battery to be equalized through controlling the first full bridge module and the second full bridge module.
