The upper end of the insulation operation rod is equipped with an installation sleeve. The top portion of the installation sleeve is equipped with a pusher fork. The lower end of the insulation operation rod is provided with a handle sleeve. A hinge support on the upper portion of the insulation operation rod is hinged by a deicing stick. A support spring is arranged between the deicing stick and the insulation operation rod. The lower end of the deicing stick is provided with a fixation ring. The fixation ring is connected with a connection rope. The insulation operation rod is provided with a plurality of guide mechanisms for guiding the connection rope.
