The method comprises the following steps of (10), measuring the empty tunnel air speed; starting an accident smoke exhaust system and measuring the empty tunnel smoke exhaust air speed when no train is parked in a range tunnel; (20), estimating the true accident smoke exhaust air speed, wherein the empty tunnel smoke exhaust air speed is utilized, and the true accident smoke exhaust air speed is estimated and obtained when the train is parked in the range tunnel according to an empirical formula. The determining method of the metro range tunnel accident smoke exhaust air speed is simple and feasible, accurate and quick.
