The invention discloses a method for removing sediment and slurry at the bottom of a rotary-excavated hole. The method specifically comprises the following steps that (1) a chemical agent is poured to the hole bottom; (2) a mixture formed by the chemical agent, the sediment and the slurry at the hole bottom is stirred; (3) a sediment bucket is put in the mixture at the hole bottom for standing; (4) a sediment device is hoisted out to remove the sediment, and the sediment bucket is cleaned; (5) a detection tray in a sediment thickness detector and a sharp steel bar head are placed at the hole bottom to detect the sediment thickness; and (6) sediment removal is completed if the sediment detected thickness meets the design requirement, and if the sediment detected thickness does not meet the design requirement, the step (3), the step (4) and the step (5) are conducted repeatedly.
