Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a graphene in-situ polymerizing modified polyamide 6 fully-drawn yarn and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of melting and spinning graphene in-situ polymerizing modified polyamide 6 slices, and cooling, so as to obtain pre-oriented yarns; then, drawing, so as to obtain the fully-drawn yarn, wherein in the spinning process, the temperature of a screw rod is 265 to 280 DEG C, the temperature of a spinning box is 270 to 290 DEG C, the pressure of the spinning box is 100 to 200bar, and the coiling speed of spinning is 3800 to 4500m/min. The preparation method has the advantages that the graphene in-situ polymerizing modified polyamide 6 has good anti-static property, and the adding of anti-static spinning additive is not needed; the preparation method is simple, and the operation is easy.
