Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a grid breakage defect detection method for solar battery EL testing, and is applicable to EL testing grid breakage defect detection on an industrial solar battery site. A detection algorithm is sufficiently applicable to site situations. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing simple pretreatment on an acquired image, performing global threshold partitioning, eliminating noise points, and selecting a treatment image area; performing guide filtering, screening a non-probe area, and enabling the non-probe area to cross with images after threshold partitioning so as to obtain a communicating domain; detecting all grids on a solar battery, and acquiring grids by virtue of characteristics of straight lines; finally, enabling the grid breakage defect area to cross with a grid area so as to obtain a grid position, and screening, thereby obtaining accurate grid breakage defect. By adopting the method, non-contact detection is achieved, the detection quality is improved,
