The test tube rack comprises a base, surface plates with holes, and supporting frames, wherein the holes are arranged in two rows, a central vertical white plate is arranged in the middle of the two rows of the holes, and scale rules are arranged on the white plate and are arranged opposite to the gaps of the holes, and are parallel to the direction of test tubes. According to the present invention, with the white plate, the change of the chemical reaction in the test tube can be intuitively observed, and the operation is convenient; with the scale rule, the volume of the liquid in the test tube can be metered, and the scale ruler is arranged at the edge of the hole so as to conveniently view; the white plate is arranged at the center, such that the control observation on the two rows of the test tubes can be simultaneously achieved without affecting each other; and with the test tube rack of the present invention, the problems that th
