The stabilizing device comprises a self stabilizing cloud platform supporting mechanism, a weight loss machine mechanical arm mechanism, a supporting shaft and a base, the cloud platform camera is fixedly connected with a cloud platform mounting frame of the self stabilizing cloud platform supporting mechanism, a motor fixing frame of the self stabilizing cloud platform supporting mechanism is fixedly connected with a tail end connecting plate of the weight loss machine mechanical arm mechanism, the weight loss machine mechanical arm mechanism is connected to the upper end of the supporting shaft through a connecting plate, and the bottom end of the supporting shaft is fixedly connected with the base.
