Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a continuous variable quantum key distribution-based data stream encryption system and an implementation method thereof. A first key pool server starts a quantum key sending terminal, the quantum key sending terminal modulates a quantum signal and sends the modulated quantum signal to a quantum key receiving terminal, and the quantum key receiving terminal sends a detection result to a second key pool server; after the second key pool server consults with the first key pool server, each key pool server obtains a pair of same keys; when the first key pool server detects a user data stream sent by a first client group, the first key pool server extracts a newest quantum key from a key pool to conduct AES encryption on the user data stream and sends the encrypted user data stream to the second key pool server, and the second key pool server decrypts the user data stream by a newest quantum key in a key pool and sends the decrypted user data stream to a member of a second client group; and
