Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses new reactive printing technology based on an EST soaping agent. The technology comprises the following steps: a step 1, pretreatment: fabric for spray printing is placed in a Goller washing machine for washing, the EST soaping agent is added for washing, after washing ends, the fabric is dried till seventy percent is dried; a step 2, printing: the pretreated fabric is treated by printing technology; a step 3, dye fixation by steaming; a step 4, washing and drying. The technology only uses the EST soaping agent as a single auxiliary agent, and the product satisfies quality requirements according to various physical and chemical index tests; compared with traditional technology, wet friction is increased by 0.5 grade, brilliance of the cloth is obviously improved, technology time is shortened by 30%, usage amount of chemicals is reduced by 50% and discharge capacity of waste water is reduced by 40%, the production cost is low, dyeing and printing quality of the fabric are high, cost is r |
