The vehicle torque controlling method comprises the steps that the vehicle speed, the accelerating pedal opening degree, the battery temperature and the battery state of charge are collected; a first driving coefficient is acquired according to the vehicle speed and the accelerating pedal opening degree, and a second driving coefficient is acquired according to the battery temperature and the battery state of charge; target torque is obtained according to the minimum value of the first driving coefficient and the second driving coefficient; and the vehicle is driven according to the minimum value of the target torque, maximum driving torque of a battery and maximum driving torque of a motor.
