Zusammenfassung:An information collection system comprises a mobile terminal used by a potential customer in conjunction with trying on or testing items for sale, a mobile terminal used by salesperson assisting the customer, and a server capable of exchanging data with the mobile terminal. The server includes a storage unit to store a place ID and a user ID in association with each other and an item identification specified by a merchandise specification unit of the customer terminal in association with the place ID and the user ID.
