Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method applied to sucralose production to save DMF and improve saccharose-6-ester yield. The method comprises the steps of adding base into a DMF solution containing saccharose-6-ester to neutralize PH to 6 to 8, cooling to 10 to 15 DEG C, concentrating and dewatering the solution, adding a chlorinated agent when moisture is 2000ppm, raising a temperature to 112 to 114 DEG C, and neutralizing, concentrating, decoloring and crystallizing to obtain a coarse product of the sucralose-6-ester. Compared with the prior art, theyield of an intermediate treated by the method is improved by 10%, and meanwhile, use of a DMF raw material is reduced; when the method is applied to production, only a neutralizing kettle is specially provided; the method is simple, practical and suitable for industrial production.
