Upper base of rotating articulation of low-floor vehicle and installation method thereof

An upper base of a rotating articulation of a low-floor vehicle comprises a base body which is of a hollow structure enclosed by an upper end plate, a lower end plate, a front side plate and a rear side plate. A bottom plate is fixedly connected with the base body to be a whole by a connecting band, and the bottom plate and the base body are both provided with mounting holes.
