The additive is a mixture prepared by crushing 10 parts by mass of herba ephedrae, 15 parts by mass of perilla fruits, 10 parts by mass of apricot kernels, 15 parts by mass of radix scutellariae, 10 parts by mass of licorice roots, 10 parts by mass of common coltsfoot flowers, 15 parts by mass of prepared pinellia tubers, 15 parts by mass of white mulberry root bark, 10 parts by mass of ginkgo seeds and 30 parts by mass of semen abutili to obtain fine powder. When the cattle and sheep feed additive is used, 130-150 grams of the additive is added based on every 100kg by weight of cows or milch goats each day, the additive is divided into corresponding parts according to the feeding frequency of the cows or the milch goats to be added to feeds, and milk produced by the cows or the milch goats is used for feeding babies for prev
