Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an energy storage unit, an inorganic phase change energy storage device with the energy storage unit and a preparation technology. The energy storage unit comprises a sealed container, a heat transferring supporting structure is arranged in the sealed container, the heating transferring supporting structure comprises a plurality of layers of multi-hole graphite plates and a snakelike heat transferring pipe net, and the holes of the multi-hole graphite plates are filled with inorganic phase change energy storage materials; the inorganic phase change energy storage device comprises a shell, a plurality of energy storage units, a thermal insulation layer and a header pipe, the shell is arranged outside the energy storage units, and the pipelines stretching out from the multiple energy storage units are in parallel connection with the header pipe; and the preparation technology comprises the steps of sequential preparation of the multi-hole graphite plates, the heating transferring support
