The invention discloses an energy-saving gas stove utilizing waste heat and an integrated cooker and belongs to integrated cookers. According to an existing gas stove, heat is wasted, the temperature of parts is increased, and the service life of the gas stove is shortened. By means of the energy-saving gas stove utilizing waste heat and the integrated cooker, a heat conduction water pipe is arranged on the lower side of a liquid containing plate; the two ends of the heat conduction water pipe are connected with a water storage container and a heat preservation container correspondingly; and the position of the water storage container is higher than that of the heat preservation container. When the gas stove is used, gas is combusted, heat transferred to a stove body, a combustion head and the liquid containing plate is further transmitted to the heat conduction water pipe; and stored water in the water storage container flows through the heat conduction water pipe to be heated and then flows to the heat pres
