The treated cells are put in HAT selected culture liquor, mono-cloning is conducted according to limited dilution process after the growth of clonal cells, then cells of thorax gland are yielded. By said culture process, asexual clone for secreting cell factors, such as peptide of thorax gland is established by taking advantage of cell engineering technique.
