Fabric dyeing technology

The invention discloses a fabric dyeing technology which comprises the following steps: (I) pretreatment: soaking and cleaning cloth, wherein the soaking is implemented twice: first, putting the cloth in water at 55 DEG C and maintaining for 15min; then, taking out the cloth and soaking in water below 7 DEG C and maintaining for 5min; (II) scutching: pulling open the cloth and holding; adding 2g/L one-bath powerful oil removal agent to remove oil; (III) feeding the cloth into a dyeing chamber, introducing steam into the dyeing chamber, spraying the prepared dye into the dyeing chamber by a sprayer for dyeing; (IV) drying, then soaking in the water at 7 DEG C used in the pretreatment, and washing; after the washing, feeding the cloth into a color fixing chamber, introducing steam, spraying a prepared color fixing agent into the color fixing chamber by a sprayer, and maintaining for 30min in the color fixing chamber.
