The invention relates to a cassette which comprises a cassette main body, at least one neck used for placing a mask and arranged in the cassette main body and stopping blocks arranged around the neck(s) and used for limiting the two ends of the mask placed in the neck(s), wherein an included angle formed by the side surface of each stopping block at the at least one end of each neck, which is opposite to the mask, and the upper surface of the neck, is an obtuse angle. The invention also relates to the mask which comprises a mask frame, wherein concave parts are arranged at four corners of the mask frame; each of the concave parts is at least arranged at the position opposite to each of the stopping blocks of the cassette used for placing the mask; each of the concave part extends to the top surface of each of the stopping blocks, and the depth of each of the concave parts is increased gradually as the height of the frame is increased.
