Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an oxidizing roasting method of a high-impurity copper-containing molybdenum concentrate rotary kiln, which relates to the technical field of a metal smelting process. High-impurity copper-containing molybdenum concentrate is put in a rotary kiln of which the large length-diameter ratio is 20:1, an external heating mode is adopted, the cylinder speed is controlled to be 0.24 to 0.32 r/min, the cylinder installation inclination is set to 1.2%, the air supply speed is controlled to be 1.2 to 1.5 m/s, and the working temperature range of oxidizing roasting is controlled at appropriate temperature, so that the high-impurity copper-containing molybdenum concentrate can be oxidized into roasted molybdenite which satisfies the quality requirements, the problem of easiness in sintering of the high-impurity copper-containing molybdenum concentrate in an oxidizing process is solved, and the ammonia leaching rate of the roasted molybdenite reach more than 98.5%. 本发明公开种高杂含铜钼精矿回转窑氧化焙烧方法,涉及金属冶炼工艺技术领
