The fresh-keeping film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 24 parts of a Chinese prickly ash extracting solution, 8 to 10 parts of pea starch, 6 to 8 parts of peanut powder, 4 to 6 parts of agar, 10 to 14 parts of gelatin, 4 to 8 parts of flos caryophylli oil, 4 to 10 parts of catechin, 4 to 8 parts of casein, 4 to 6 parts of fructus forsythiae powder, 4 to 8 parts of orange peel powder, 4 to 8 parts of chitosan, 4 to 10 parts of ascorbic acid and 4 to 12 parts of sodium alginate.
