Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses thulium-doped fluorine-containing germinate glass. The glass is prepared from the following components in molar percentages: 35 mol% to 60 mol% of GeO2, 14 mol% to 35 mol% of PbO, 1 mol% to 6 mol% of PbF2, 5 mol% to 15 mol% of BaO, 5 mol% to 15 mol% of Zno, 5 mol% to 10 mol% of K2O, and then Tm2O3 is doped, wherein the weight percentage of the Tm2O3 is 0.1 wt% to 6.0 wt% of the total weight of the previous raw materials. The glass prepared in the invention has the characteristics of low hydroxyl content, high heat stability, high rear earth ion solubility, large stimulated emission cross section and the like, and is applicable for preparation and application of a 2-micron wave band rear earth doped germinate fiber glass material.
