Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to Chinese mahogany flower tea and an experimental method of a blood glucose-reducing effect thereof. The Chinese mahogany flower tea is prepared by mixing Chinese mahogany flowers, purslane and Huangshan Maofeng tea in a mass ratio of 2: 2: 1. The experimental method of the blood glucose-reducing effect of the Chinese mahogany flower tea comprises the following steps: extracting polysaccharide of Chinese mahogany flower tea; measuring the content of the extracted polysaccharide of Chinese mahogany flower tea; measuring the content of polysaccharide by means of a sulfuric acid-phenol method; testing the inhibiting activity of polysaccharide of Chinese mahogany flower tea on alpha-amylase; and meanwhile, performing an in vivo blood glucose-reducing experiment on a mouse with diabetes, wherein the mouse is modeled successfully.
