Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a cross-linking agent TAIC preparation method, which comprises TAIC synthesis, sodium chloride crystal recovery, distillation refinement, and post-treatment. According to the cross-linking agent TAIC preparation method, allyl chloride and an alkali metal cyanate are subjected to a substitution and cyclization two-step continuous chemical reaction to synthesize TAIC, wherein an appropriate amount of a crystallization agent is added into reaction materials, the powdery sodium chloride by-product precipitated during the reaction is converted into large-size sodium chloride crystal by controlling the crystallization temperature and the crystallization time of sodium chloride, and the solid sodium chloride by-product in the reaction system is separated by using simple filtration unit operation; the DMF solvent is removed from the filtrate through pressure reducing distillation so as to obtain a reddish brown TAIC crude product; and molecular short-range distillation refinement is performed |
