The invention provides a synthesizer for an alkane hydroxylamine compound and a continuous synthesis method. The synthesizer comprises continuous ozone reaction equipment and a hydroxyl amination reaction device, wherein the continuous ozone reaction equipment is provided with an ozone inlet, an alkene inlet and an aldehyde ketone intermediate outlet; the continuous ozone reaction equipment is used for carrying out an ozone oxidation reaction on alkenes so as to obtain an aldehyde ketone intermediate; and the hydroxyl amination reaction device communicates with the aldehyde ketone intermediate outlet and is used for carrying out a hydroxyl amination reaction on the aldehyde ketone intermediate so as to produce the alkane hydroxylamine compound.
