TECHNIQUES FOR DISPLAYING LAYOUTS AND TRANSITIONAL LAYOUTS OF SETS OF CONTENT ITEMS IN RESPONSE TO USER TOUCH INPUTS

A computer-implemented technique can include displaying, at a touch display of a computing system having one or more processors, a first layout of a set of content items. The technique can include receiving, at the touch display, a first touch input from a user, the first touch input comprising two spot inputs. The technique can include receiving, at the touch display, a second touch input comprising a slide input from one of the spot inputs in a direction towards or away from the other spot input, the slide input having a length. The technique can include displaying, at the touch display, one or more transitional layouts of the set of content items based on the direction and length of the slide input.
