A seller uses a camera of a seller terminal to shoot a photo or an on-line video of a scrapped vehicle, and uses an input device to edit the detailed information of the scrapped vehicle, and thereafter uploads the photo or a video stream and the detailed information to a server for checking, and then publishes the selling information of the scrapped vehicle on Internet after the passing of the checking. A labelling machine of a warehouse terminal is used for the labelling of the scrapped vehicle, and the whole vehicle or the parts of the scrapped vehicle are disposed on a parking stall or a storage cabinet. A buyer uses a buyer terminal to place an order and buy the vehicle, and after the buying succeeds, the seller or the manager of the warehouse can take out the bought whole vehicle or the parts. According to a working mode switched by a mode switching button, the storage and the taking-out of the whole vehicle or the parts c
