Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a steelmaking MES system casting blank production process. A MES system, upon calculating cost of feeding in real production in steelmaking, automatically acquires the original feeding data at respective heat times from respective feeding systems, and apportions the electric furnace feeding to corresponding AOD heat numbers, then based on the heat number, automatically aggregate the feeding information of respective material, so that man-made interference is reduced and the precision of the original feeding data is increased. The MES system also, based on plans, matches and acquires the corresponding relation between casting times and heat times, aggregates the feeding information of all materials of respective heat times, and when the input-output ratio is met, based on the order conditions of the received cargos, performs apportions to the orders corresponding to respective plate blanks, so that the problem of demand-supply difference.
