A specific stitch overlapping device is used to overlap stitches on eight corners of two transverse bulkheads of a cabin, and eight measuring nodes are determined, and are provided with reflecting sheets in an attached manner. An electronic tacheometer is used to measure the height values and the half width values of the nodes, and the mean values of the heights and the mean values of the widths of the bulkheads are calculated, and are respectively compared with the theoretical values of the heights and the widths of the bulkheads, and then whether the cabin capacity of the LNG cabin is qualified is determined.
