Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a non-contact hall displacement sensor. A push rod (1) slides along a sensor housing (3) and a sensor end cover (2). A magnetic bar (4) is fixed on the push rod (1), and is composed of two or more magnets. One ends of two magnets, same in polarity, are placed close to each other. A hall sensor circuit board (5) is mounted inside the sensor housing (3). One or more sets of hall sensors are placed on the hall sensor circuit board. The magnetic bar (4) changes the intensity of the magnetic field along with the movement of the push rod (1). The induction voltage of each hall sensor (6) also changes along with the movement of the push rod (1). Therefore, the relative displacement between the push rod (1) and the sensor housing (3) can be detected. According to the invention, through arranging short magnets at intervals, the problem in the prior art that the displacement detection precision is low due to the fact that the middle-section magnetic field intensity of long magnets is weak can be |
