The low noise mechanical transmission comprises a housing, and a power input shaft, two intermediate shafts and a power output shaft which are supported in the housing through bearings, wherein the two intermediate shafts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the power output shaft; an intermediate synchronizer is arranged on the power output shaft to ensure power connection or disconnection of the intermediate shafts; shift six and shift seven outputs are directly on the power output shaft, and shift six and shift seven conversion to transfer power through a high speed output synchronizer; when the shift six and shift seven are isolated, shifts one to five work and the shifts six and seven are free of noises.
