Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of manufacturing of edible vegetable oil, in particular to aromatic semi-solid vegetable oil and a preparation method thereof. The aromatic semi-solid vegetable oil is prepared from the following components: 1000 to 1200g of edible vegetable oil, 1000 to 1500g of edible palm oil, 1.0 to 1.2g of D-limonene, 0.8 to 1.0g of rose polyphenol, 0.6 to 1.0g of chamomile extract, 0.1 to 0.2g of citronellol, and 2.0 to 2.5g of soya bean lecithin. The preparation method of the aromatic semi-solid vegetable oil comprises the steps: preparing the chamomile extract; mixing the edible vegetable oil and the edible palm oil; scattering a soya bean lecithin compound; reducing the temperature. The aromatic semi-solid vegetable oil prepared by using the method contains citronellol and the D-limonene, and tastes fragrant and sweet; the synergistic bacteriostatic action of the D-limonene and the chamomile extract improves the sterilization and anti-inflammatory effects of the aromatic semi-solid
